Well, here’s something that we never thought would happen! Craig Wright, the proponent of Bitcoin Cash Satoshi Vision (BSV) and self-proclaimed Satoshi Nakamoto, the inventor of Bitcoin, left Twitter, amid a flurry of threatening messages, copyright infringement and lawsuits.

According to news portal, AMBCrypto, Wright was attacked on Twitter by trolls when he announced that he would sue anybody who made false claims, harassed or copied his tweets. Following that, many parody/bot accounts were created.

One of these accounts was Fake-toshi Bot. In a trademark Craig Wright style of writing, the parody account said, “This is a protected account. Any copy is restricted and a breach of Intellectual property laws. A use of a Bot to copy is a breach of the DMCA. Following is explicit acceptance of these conditions.I shall be only tweeting on the following account now. https://twitter.com/DrCSWright.”

However, the link shows the account to be suspended. Clicking the above link shows the message, “This account has been suspended. Learn more about why Twitter suspends accounts, or return to your timeline.”

Of course, with this news, Wright’s opponents were jubilant. Whale Panda, who is one of the more vocal opponents of Craig Wright said, “Fraud/scammer puts a lot of time and effort into getting 70k followers on Twitter. Gets annoyed with bots. Tries to use protected tweets but the bots follow him so has no effect. Mr Fraud is desperate and doesn’t understand how this tech works. Then he finds the ultimate solution.”

He added, “Creates a new account that’s protected from the start so he has to approve everyone that wants to follow him. Loses the majority of his audience and social platform.
And very likely will soon be followed by another bot disguised as a BSV supporter.
This guy is really a genius.”

Last time, Wright made the headlines, when he told the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) that he is indeed the creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto. The comment was posted on February 15.

As a part of his ‘statement’ he had said, “My name is Dr. Craig Wright and under the pseudonym of Satoshi Nakamoto I completed a project I started in 1997 that was filed with the Australian government in part under an AusIndustry project registered with the Dept. of Innovation as BlackNet.”
